Terms of Use

1. Account Creation and Access

To use the JobSite.codes platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Use of Platform

The JobSite.codes platform is designed for sharing files, photos, videos, and tasks with trade partners in the construction industry. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

3. File Storage Limits

Storage limits vary by subscription plan:

• Single Plan: 20GB
• Build Plan: 50GB
• Pro+ Punch Plan: 500GB

You are responsible for managing your storage usage within your plan limits.

4. User Content Responsibilities

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform. However, you grant JobSite.codes a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of your content.

5. Site-Level Passcode Security

Pro and Build plan users can set site-level passcodes for additional security. You are responsible for managing these passcodes and controlling access to your job sites.

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

JobSite.codes is a subscription-based service. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The JobSite.codes platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by JobSite.codes and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer a no-questions-asked cancellation policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your administrator account settings, or by contacting us via chat, phone at (801) 210-0064, email, or text. Your subscription will remain active until your next scheduled renewal date, and you will have full access to the platform until the end of your billing cycle. We offer a 14-day refund window for a prorated refund of your current billing cycle.

9. Data Retention and Reactivation

We retain your data for up to 6 months after account cancellation. You may reactivate your account within this period to regain access to your data.

10. Subscription Change Rules

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

11. Fees and Penalties

All fees are clearly stated in your subscription plan. There are no hidden fees or penalties for normal use of the platform.

12. 14-Day Trial Conditions

New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial from the date of sign-up. The trial includes access to all features of your selected plan. You must cancel before the 15th day to avoid automatic billing. Valid payment information is required upfront. The trial is non-transferable, and JobSite.codes reserves the right to monitor and restrict trial usage to prevent abuse.

13. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the JobSite.codes platform without our written permission.

14. Warranty Disclaimers

JobSite.codes provides its platform without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

15. Liability Limitations

JobSite.codes is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

16. User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JobSite.codes harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

17. Platform Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

19. Potential Terms of Use Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the platform.
