Both the Build Plan and the Pro Plan will provide everything you need to start sharing files on the job site, however the Pro Plan provides additional features and access to bonus features like: A: 10 Admin user licensed (compared to 5 Admins with Build), B: Customized Branding so you can add your own logo and website within the software when trades scan a QR code, C: Custom QR code linking to other web-based software such as safety forms or 3d photos/scans, AND D: the Design Skin (ideal for sharing completed projects or portfolios with potential clients).
The Pro Plan will also allow users to grow with us. By committing to the Pro Plan, you will automatically be given access to the newest features as they become available. The Pro Plan is our most popular plan in 2023.
The Starter Plan is specifically designed for individual owner/builders managing a single project. We’ve eliminated features targeted at larger builders with multiple users and numerous projects. You retain basic access to add and link files, photos, and videos for trades on your job site. This plan permits managing only one active project with linkable QR codes. However, you can archive a project at any time to start a new one. Archiving deactivates all QR codes and editing capabilities for that site. You can upgrade at any time to add more users or projects.
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time from within the admin section of the JobSite.codes dashboard. Once logged in, click “Account” in the upper right-hand corner. Then, on the right side of the screen, you can adjust your plan as needed. If JobSite.codes doesn’t meet your needs, you have the option to cancel at any time.
Our Design skin (exclusively available with Pro plan) lets you share completed projects with potential clients in a simple, easy to navigate way.
Builders can highlight features within your project at a home show or other events.
Interior designers can show off photos and even share affiliate links of featured items, or sell products from their online storefront straight from the QR codes. Perfect for Home Shows where thousands of potential clients walk through a home.
You don’t necessarily need QR codes to access files on JobSite.codes, however QR codes are the fasted way to get instant access to files. Our platform is web-based, which means you can easily find and share files by text and email by using links. QR codes are the preferred tool to simplify access. Once you’re assigned to a job, you can easily find all the relevant files in each room with a simple click.
There’s no need for an app with JobSite.codes. We designed it to be simple and efficient – no app downloads or logins required to view files. Just scan a QR code and you’re in, making it quicker and more convenient for trade workers.
Want to give JobSite.codes a try? It’s easy. Just visit our website and choose the “Try free for 14 days” option on the pricing page. This gives you full access to the plan of your choice. If you decide to continue after the trial, switching to a paid plan is seamless. If JobSite.codes doesn’t meet your needs, you can cancel before the 15th day and you won’t be charged. Your files from the trial period will still be accessible, but the QR code links will be deactivated.
This is a great question! The feedback to organize by room or “area” came directly from the front line, where trade workers are accessing files. The trades who are accessing the files said it was much easier to simply find the room they are working in and accessing the applicable files for that room. Prior to using JSC, they were given a group of files organized by trade and needed to scan to 80+ pages to find the room they needed. This is a bit more work for the admin uploading files, but makes the process worthwhile when the onboarding is fast and easy for those who are using the files.
QR codes are automatically created within the process of uploading and adding files. You never need to hunt down a QR code to make updates, and since our codes are dynamic, you never need to create a new QR code when files are updated or added to existing areas. QR codes are automatically generated with each “Area” you add to your project. Change files within an area as much as you’d like, and they will be shared to the job site instantly.
With our Pro Plan, users can generate custom QR codes that link directly to any web page desired. Many of our users utilize this feature to direct trade partners to essential safety documents for reading and signing, or to their Matterport 3D scans, often captured during the 4-way inspection stage (you can also utilize our built-in photo & video section and upload your own photos taken on the job site). The key advantage is consolidating all job site documents, specifications, design files, photos, and videos in one accessible location: JobSite.codes.
